We offer design, renovation, restoration and construction services for luxury custom homes and businesses. We are often entrusted to work hand and hand with architects on projects, which allows us to establish the primary design and total aesthetic. This working dynamic can be rare within our industry. We also work in the more traditional manner to develop home owners and architects' visions.

about nicholas alimanestianu

Founder, President, Hamptons Designer, Civil Engineer and Master Builder, Nicholas Alimanestianu has always been fascinated with the construction of houses. When he was an engineering student at NYU, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, he constructed his first house, a three room Gambrel A-Frame, in the woods on his parents’ property. Though somewhat basic (a tank in the basement collected rain water and it was heated with firewood), he moved in and raised his a family there. Before starting Southampton Building Corporation, Nicholas was involved with a housing development in Florida and worked on a new railroad project in Central Africa.
